Check in time is at 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so we may try to accommodate you before. If nobody check-out the same day you can check-in from 1 pm the date that you selected for the check-in. Check in after 9:00 pm will have an extra charge of 20 euros.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

25% advance payment to reserve the property.
Price for 2 people : + 20 euros per extra people per day

Final cleaning fee: 60 €
Security deposit: 300 euros

High prices: June, July, August, Xmas, Easter and special events as GSM in February, Formula 1 Grand Prix in May, Sonar Festival.
