We are a Fully Equipped home in Orlando. Situated in the highly regarded Formosa Gardens Estates, we are only 2 miles away from the main gates of Walt Disney World. Our home is a equipped with a Heated Pool, Spa Tub and a Mickey Mouse shaped Pool.

Welcome to POOH'S PARADISE located in beautiful Formosa Gardens Estates. This newly upgraded 3900 square foot, 7 bedrooms, 6-bath villa is within 2 miles of the main gates to Disney's Magic Kingdom.

This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts a total of 4 King Master suites all with there own master bathrooms. 3 located on the ground floor and one upstairs on the 2nd floor. In addition there is a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom on the ground floor and 2 children's theme rooms upstairs.

Winnie the Pooh room, with twin beds and the Mickey Mouse room, with 2 sets of twin Bunk beds. The kid's rooms share a full bathroom.

Formosa Gardens Estates is the only luxury, executive, gated community within 2 miles of Walt Disney World and is superbly placed for all of central Florida's attractions. The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one-minute drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, TGI Friday's Red Lobster and Giordano's Pizza).
Relax at home after a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 freeform heated pool and watch the kids play in the Mickey Mouse shaped children's pool. For those who enjoy basking in the sun, the outdoor 22x11 patio is for you. Or you may choose to watch Satellite DIRECT TV and movies on the 50" Wide screen Plasma TV in the spacious family room or the private TV's in all bedrooms. Challenge a friend to a game of billiards, in the Game Room or watch movies on the 42" LCD TV. The kids can entertain themselves with the many toys; games and Playstation 2 provided or play outside on the private playground.

Need to get some work done? Go up to the loft which features a computer with an all in one printer, copier, fax and high speed wireless Internet access.

The fully appointed Kitchen and Dining Room can seat up to 16 should you choose to have a home cooked meal. Or just go poolside and enjoy the barbeque. In the evening put the kids to bed and relax in the Spa under the stars or have a drink while seated under the beautiful lanai.

The fully appointed Kitchen includes: Full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender, griddle, pots & pans, cutlery and utensils to serve 16.

The Kids Cupboard is stocked with Disney dishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the attached laundry room.Kids Corner: 1 full size crib, 2 pack-n-play cribs, high chair, 2 umbrella strollers and one full size stroller, 1 booster seat, baby monitor, safety gates for the top & bottom of the stairway, baby swing, bouncy seat, exersaucer, children's play table, baby bathtub, 2 potty seats, bedtime books, videos and plenty of games for their enjoyment. We employ a 24-hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay.

Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, and landscaping and pool services regularly. Please do not hesitate to inquire about any special needs. We will do our best to accommodate you.
