Rental Policy

To book the villa you need to:
* Check availability
* Forward as soon as possible the following:
Completed Booking Form
If booking more than 8 weeks prior to occupancy -
Booking Deposit of $200.00
If booking 8 weeks or less prior to occupancy -
Total cost due is payable.

Payment is accepted via personal cheque and bank draft, deposits can be made by PayPal. Costs will involve a mixture of, but not always all the following costs. The booking deposit will be required to secure your booking with the balance of payment being due no less than 60 days before the commencement of your occupancy.

Accommodation costs - $700.00 per week
Pool Heating - $140.00 per week
Cleaning Fee - $ 85.00 per booking for stays
of 5 nights or less
Security Deposit - $350.00 per booking
Booking Deposit - $200.00 per booking
Bounced Cheque - $ 20.00

Cancellation Policy

Timescale Loss
Timesacle - Upto 8 Weeks prior to occupancy
Loss - Booking Deposit

Timescale - 8 Weeks – 4 Weeks prior to occupancy
Loss - 50% of Total Cost Due

Timescale - 4 Weeks or less prior to occupancy
Loss - 100% of Total Cost Due

Every endeavour will be made to accommodate any requests for alterations to dates of bookings in our villa. But we can not guarantee to be able to meet such requests. Where an alteration has been requested that can not be met the above cancellation policy will be put into practice.
