Banio Kreek Farms is named after Banio Creek, the creek that runs at the boundary of this 2 hectare property situated in an incline, overlooking the Cavite mountainside only one hour from Manila and 15-30 minutes to Tagaytay City.
This was originally the vacation house/farm of a family but due to busy schedules it was decided that it could be rented out to family and friends.
Currently, it is rented out to individuals/ families/couples who want to have their own private resort for a day, a week, or a month.
We also have a new area, called the Plaza, where various events such as weddings, receptions and the like can take place.
-rental confirmation deposit is 50% of the payment. First payment, first confirmation basis.
-if you do not arrive at your assigned/predesignated checkin time, your earlier/designated checkout time will still stand, especially if there are renters coming.
-cancellation of deposit: 100% refund if cancelled before 2 weeks of rental date, if within a week 50%, if 3 days before or less, no refund.
-no prohibited substances on the premises
Check in times are flexible, it will depend on the prior confirmed renters. We have a lot of out of town guest arriving during wee hours of the morning, as long as there is no conflict with a prior confirmed renter.
Usual case is 50% rental fee as deposit/confirmation fee. Remaining balance upon check-in.
There are no corkage fees, but only an additional charge of Php300/ US%7 for stove/cooking gas charges.
Guests stay usually overnight, or 2 nights. We charge on a per night basis.
