This luxurious and spacious detached villa commanding a breathtaking panoramic view of sea and mountains is set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. It is situated approx. 5 miles from the sea and two miles from the old Spanish town of Pego. The accommodation is on one level and comprises: large circular lounge with log burning fire place, Sky TV, DVD + Sony CD Hi Fi. Separate dining area opening onto the covered terrace with a dining table and six chairs, which leads to the sun terrace with adjoining large private pool (11m x 5m) with roman steps. This leads to the Spanish style covered bar and BBQ with sink and food preparation area where you can eat “al fresco” and enjoy the view of the spectacular sunsets over the mountains! There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol with a beautiful tiled Spanish style table and seating, for breakfasts in the sun! There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring: fridge freezer, halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is situated in the downstairs utility room, where a cool box and beach parasol are stored for your use. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with kingsize bed, an air-conditioning unit, en-suite shower and fitted safe. A cot, high chair and bed guard are available at no extra cost. There are two further twin bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. All rooms have ceiling fans and heaters for low season or cooler nights. Maid service between lets and weekly linen change.
The hirer shall be responsible for making good any loss or damage to the villa, its grounds, its contents or its equipment, which occurs during the period of the booking. A holding cheque of £200 will be payable at time of balance due, refundable upon receipt of villa keys by owners, and confirmation of condition of villa by our agents. Should damage occur that exceeds the £200, the hirer is fully responsible for paying the balance.
On the day of arrival, the Villa will be available from 3.00 pm . However, it is necessary for the Villa to be VACATED by 10.00 am. on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning.
Rental Price applies to 6 persons inc; cleaning, water & electricity. Each extra person £35 p.w. (maximum of 8)
DEPOSIT ( £150 PER WEEK )
BALANCE DUE NO LATER THAN EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE, ALONG WITH A RETURNABLE HOLDING CHEQUE OF £200, FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF KEYS.
