Rental Policy

Only registered guests permitted. Smoking outside only. Pets permitted in some instances, please inquire.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit $500. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days prior to arrival, $500 deposit in high season (May through October); less than 30 days, no refund except for any days that can be re-rented, less $150.
