Holidays:

Thanksgiving or Christmas..... $600/night (3 night min)

New Years Week................ $800/night (3 night min)

MLK Or Memorial Day Weekends.. $500/night (3 night min)

Presidents Day Ski Week...... $3,100/week (7 night min)


Other costs: $230 Cleaning Fee, 10% Tax, and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
