This amazing apartment (60m2 + 35m2 terrace) is on the first floor of a two-floor building, and has a large, private patio-terrace with lots of plants and sun, ideal for sunbathing and having breakfast outdoors. Although extremely centric, the apartment is very quiet.

Living area is cosy with beautiful paintings on the walls and large pillows. There is a big sofa bed that can provide additional space if needed. The kitchen has a dining table, and is fully equipped with all the utensils. The bedroom has a large bed with a canopy. Yet best of all is the bathroom which has a chandelier and a huge shower, and is designed in vintage style. The place is very romantic and is ideal for a couple.

LOCATION
This apartment is located in El Born, close to the Palau de la Musica Catalana (a wonder of modernist achitecture). It is only 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, 7 minutes walk to plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, so it's very convenient for sightseeing. Barceloneta beach is within a walking distance.

The apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
