Lindfields is a well established, quiet vacation location, just off Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and over 250 restaurants.

Located less than 10 minutes from many Disney attractions and only a few minutes from all the other area attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, International Drive attractions, and much, much more.

It's a very convenient base for your Florida vacation. Orlando International Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes drive away; Sanford Airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa Airport about 75 minutes. The superb gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

Our Lindfields villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and has central air-conditioned.
A color television connected to the cable network is provided in the family lounge and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. A full-size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels and local calls.

On the ground floor the master bedroom with ceiling fan and has it's own TV, is fitted with a king size bed with its own en-suite bathroom, and dressing room. A second bedroom with a queen size bed is also located on the first floor with a powder room or half bath.

The second floor has 3-bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Second Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed and ceiling fan for your comfort. There are 2 other bedrooms which has the two-twin beds for boys and girls bedrooms.

Rental Policy

Check-In: Check-in time is 4pm or later. No early check-in. The villas are being cleaned prior to this. Please make arrangements to arrive after 4pm. If you need to check-in earlier please notify us in advance and we will try to accommodate you and your guest(s).

Check-Out: Check out time is 11am. Please vacate the villa by 11am to allow for proper cleaning before the next guest arrives. Failure to vacate on time could result in additional charges. If you need to check out at a later time, you must notify the property manager. This must not be ignored.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit: $250 or 30% (whichever is greater) of total rental cost is required to reserve our villa and is applied toward the total rental cost. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. It’s only refundable if cancellation was made within 31 days from scheduled arrival.

Balance: the balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival date. Minor amendments to the booking are undertaken at owner's discretion (subject to availability).
