The feeling of privacy at Point Pleasant makes this a perfect resort for couples. The location and view from these villa-style suites is one of the finest in all of St. Thomas. You'll love sitting on your private balcony, with a breathtaking view of the water and small Caribbean islands as far as you can see. A tropical garden-like atmosphere surrounds you along the hillside.

Amenities and Services
Each suite is air conditioned and feature full kitchens with ranges, microwave ovens, refrigerators, toasters, coffeemakers and blenders. The living areas feature dining sets and cushioned seating. Each suite has comfortable living/dining areas, phones with data-ports, and a safe. On-property shuttle transportation is available and there is an exercise room and laundry facility on the property.

The front desk can provide irons and ironing boards, hair dryers and beach towels upon request. A botique located at the shoreline, next to the watersport center, with a "Caribbean Flair" offers souvenirs plus men and women's clothing. Get a tan and a good read - the book lending library is located in the Activities Lounge.

The staff in the Activity Lounge will be delighted to assist you in booking sailboat and powerboat trips, fishing excursions, parasailing, submarine rides, golfing, SCUBA diving, car rentals and ferry trips to St. John and the Virgin Island National Park which are just minutes away.

Beaches, Pools and Nature
And all around, there's our private 15 acre preserve with wooded trails and two beaches: the popular Pineapple Beach and the secluded alcove of Sugar Beach. Three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, with cozy hammocks hidden high above the horizon. Pools and beaches are shown in the Photo Tour below. There is great snorkeling just off-shore between the beaches!

Point Pleasant offers many acres of incredible tropical gardens and trails where you can hike, bird watch, photograph, or take a romantic leisurely stroll. Trail maps are available at the front desk.

DAILY MAID SERVICE:
Your Suite will be cleaned before your arrival and daily throughout your stay, including fresh linens and towels each day.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
All refunds will incur a 20% processing fee. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival can not be refunded.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check In 3 pm or later, Check Out 11 am or earlier

RESTRICTIONS:

No smoking inside the unit

PAYMENT POLICY:
50% deposit to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations within 30 days of check-in, full payment due upon reservation
