A charming old Spanish apartment situated in the centre of town by the old port. 3 balconies allows meals in the sun with a view to the beach and old port.

Property Details

The apartment is carefully renovated to preserve the original tiled floor, tall double doors, wrought iron banisters and high ceilings. With balconies facing east and south one can enjoy a sunny meal with a view to the sea in both directions. This part of the old town is shaped like a peninsula with the old port at one side and a palm lined beach at the other.

The apartment is placed on the fourth floor and the walk up (87 steps) is compensated by the view and the plenty of light.

The living room and the bedroom has ventilation fans in the ceiling, which is more silent than air condition and they cool effectively on a hot summer day. Electrical heating is provided for the winter.
