The rental cost is based on the villa, all taxes and end of vacation cleaning for a maximum of 8 people. There is availability for extra guests up to a maximum of 10 if these are infants at no extra cost.
Check in is not before 4pm, check out is 11am prompt unless previously arranged
Minimum stay is 7 nights a £100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks before occupancy. A £100 refundable security deposit is required against damage and breakages.
