Rental Policies

Winter 2005/06 Deposit Policy: Two nights deposit plus tax will be taken at time of placing reservation. Full and final payment will be taken 45 days prior to arrival. Christmas Holiday (December 22, 2006 - January 6, 2007): 50% is due by June 15, 2006. Full payment will be taken on September 25, 2006. Rates do not include 9.8% tax and 5% resort fee.

Winter Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per week per unit reserved. Cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellation of nights due to early departure, no-shows, or late arrival will be charged the confirmed nightly rate for the entire stay. Christmas Holiday (December 22, 2006 - January 6, 2007): Cancellations received prior to September 25, 2006 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per week per unit reserved. Cancellations received on or after September 25, 2006 are subject to a full forfeiture. A seven night minimum stay is required. Cancellation of nights due to early departure, no-shows, or late arrival will be charged the confirmed nightly rate for the entire stay.

Summer Deposit Policy: One nights deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Two night minimum stay is required on weekends. Rates do not include 9.8% tax and 5% resort fee.

Summer Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's lodging and taxes. Cancellation of nights due to early departure, no-shows, or late arrival will be charged the confirmed nightly rate for the entire stay.
