Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All rental rates are per night and are based upon the size of home selected. Tax of 13% is not included on these rates. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement. To place a reservation, a deposit of $200.00 is required to hold the reservation. This is applied towards the overall balance, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
