This home is located in a beach side resort community and is an ideal spot for your Costa Rica vacation destination. The community has 2 huge swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts. This vacation rental includes boogie boards, fishing poles & 2 bicycles. You will find plenty to do in our area with ATV tours, Jungle zip lines, kayaking, horseback riding on the beach, waterfalls and much more. Peaceful Playa Bejuco has incredible year round sunsets, and you can walk for miles on the soft sand finding abundant seashells and few people. Rental Policy

Minimum 3 Night Stay.
In order to secure your reservation, a down payment of 50% of the rental, plus a $500 security deposit is required unless you are booking less than 60 days prior to your arrival, then, full payment is necessary. If splitting your payments the remaining balance of the rental and other arranged services is due not less than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Once we have received your deposit, we will confirm your stay, immediately, by issuing a confirmation invoice by email. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect or incomplete.
By booking a reservation with Playa Bejuco Vacation Rentals.com, you are stating that you have fully read, understand, and agree to all rental policies and those of the homeowners. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you.

Arrival Times

Check in and out times are flexible and based on your needs, but it is very important for us to know ahead of time when you are arriving. If check in is delayed or early departure is necessary for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, we do not warrant the refund of any advance payments, rent or deposits.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Occupancy
The owners of the home and Playa Bejuco Vacation Rentals maintains the right to permit and reject admission to third parties or GUESTS of the RENTERS on the premises
• The total number of persons allowed in the property at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property.
• We are serious about maintaining a family atmosphere in Costa del Sol. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only. We will not rent to anyone under 21 years Old.
• Please do not bring “working girls” or people you just met to Costa del Sol.
• No parties, weddings are gatherings are allowed without prior written permission. Occupancy of common areas shall be quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others.
Should any of the private property included in the furnished home be missing or damaged by the said “check out date”, the damages will be assessed and charged for accordingly from the funds of the security deposit.. All remaining funds will be returned to the Renter within 7 days of checkout.

For a full refund of your security deposit we ask you to observe the following conditions:
1. No damage is done to unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear
2. No missing items are identified while completing the units inventoried Checklist. We provide departure cleaning for you, but we ask that you please leave the home & property areas broom clean. If a home is left in an abnormal state, you will be subject to extra cleaning fees.
3. All debris and garbage is removed from the home and placed in the proper location.
4. All food is removed from the refrigerator. All dirty dishes are place in the dishwasher and or cleaned.
5. All windows and doors are closed and locked.
6. All keys are returned to the rental office, or owner/agent
7. All charges accrued during this day are paid prior to departure.
8. There will be a $25.00 non-negotiable fee for each key that is not properly returned upon departure.
