Live the dream in our luxury holiday home with lake views located in the exclusive Ashley Manor Development. With oversized, private pool, large games room, multiple cable TVs and PS2, there is something for everyone

It sleeps 10 in comfort with plenty of room inside and out to rest and play and is conveniently located for the theme parks, restaurants and shops.

This light and airy villa has vaulted ceilings which, with air conditioning and ceiling fans, keep you comfortable in the Florida heat. The lounge has two large sofas, including a sofa bed, and has remote control TV, VCR/DVD player and stereo unit. There are additional TVs in the bedrooms.

The living area overlooks the large pool and deck area, which is fully equipped with comfortable, high quality, chairs, tables, loungers and the pool has an underwater light. There is a large shaded area with a fan if it gets too hot in the sun. There is sun on the garden and pool area from 9 o’clock until dark The screened pool area overlooks a lake where you can watch the local wild life.

Inside the villa is fully equipped with a luxury kitchen including, fridge/freezer, washing up machine, breakfast bar, blender and everything you need for self-catering. The laundry room has a large washing machine and tumbler dryer.

There is a separate dining area which seats 8 adults in comfort and overlooks the pool.

We have just had a games room professionally installed and there is a full size pool table, table tennis, air hockey and foosball. The room is carpeted and decorated to give a sporting atmosphere.

There are two master bedrooms with superb en-suite facilities and there are three twin-bedded rooms, one of which is decorated in a Disney theme. These share another large bathroom and a seperate cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.

A cot, stroller, play pen and high chair are also provided to make our home child friendly.

There are 4 golf courses within 5 minutes of our home at Champions Gate and Reunion and a further 10 courses within 15 minutes drive.

There is a mini-market within walking distance and it is 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket at Champions Gate. There are also some good restaurants at Champions Gate and they will also deliver complete meals to your villa.

Disney is only 12 minutes away via the back roads but you can recover afterwards in the peace and tranquillity of your own villa.


We will be happy to help you with flights, and car hire, if you are from the United Kingdom (including a satellite navigation system if you are nervous about finding your way around). We can offer everyone discounted tickets for the attractions. In fact we will do all we can to make this your dream holiday.

Rental Policy

We do not rent our home to groups of people under 21 years of age without adult supervision.

We request a secuiry deposit of $250 which is returned after your holiday if no additional charges are incurred.
