Perfectly located for sightseeing. Air conditioning provided, and heaters in all rooms. Located in Estruc Street (10 meters from Plaza de Catalunya). 4th floor walk-up. Fully equipped kitchen. TV. Washing machine. The apartment is located in the Gothic Quartier (Old Villa), in a building completely refurbished with an 18th century amazing façade. Those that have stayed have come back! Please see availability calendar. High speed Wi Fi internet connection is provided free of charge on demand (so you may bring your laptop).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All rates are for double occupancy. For 3, 4 people, 15 euros should be added to nightly rates. A one time 30 euros cleaning fee is always added. A refundable 150 euros security deposit always required when checking in.
