Within 2 hours drive of Boston, MA you have access to a multi-million dollar sports facility, minutes to Loon, Waterville Valley and Tenney Mountains. 2 miles up a mountain. Lovely family home.

Property Details

Our home is a 3 bedroom home located 2 miles up the Campton Mountainside. All bedrooms are in the bottom floor and there is a third level loft. The master bedroom sleeps 2, however there is a cot that fits in the room nicely to accomodate an additional guest. There is a second bedroom with a full-size bed with a bunk bed on top (sleeping 3 guests). Another, smaller bedroom has a pair of bunkbeds. There is also a loft on the third level with a double bed. The loft has plenty of children's games to keep them happy.

There is a working kitchen which blends in with the open floorplan for the house. There are windows galore in which to watch the snow fall or view the incredible foliage. The porch is heated with a gas stove and there is a foosball table for all to enjoy.

Although we do not have cable - we have plenty of movies and books to keep you entertained. There is a fireplace and plenty of wood to enjoy a cold winter's night and a firepit in the back for warmer summer or fall nights in which to chill out and enjoy s'mores. Our goal is to create a space to enjoy family time, which we have done here for years.

We have a pet-friendly policy. As long as your pet is well-mannered and you make sure to clean up after your pet, he/she is welcome. Waterville Estates has a leash law and you need to ensure your pet is on a leash whenever he is outside.

There is one full bath and one half bath. Our mudroom is to be envied and your children can enjoy our "over one acre" of land. However, remember you are in the forests and you need to watch over them.
