* $1200/week or $200/day early season (until 2nd week in June) or post-season (after Labor Day)

* $1595/week or $250/day. Discounts available for extended stays. Also available for a monthly rate off-season.
* $150 cleaning fee.
* $1000 booking and security deposit. Returned after stay.
