We are located 30 minutes from the heart of Atlanta and 45 minutes from the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia. We are a family owned and operated facility and we want to provide you with a vacation to remember!

Whether it's peace and quiet or great fun boating on the lake, you can do it with us!

Our ammenities include a large landscaped courtyard available for private parties, a new playground and volleyball court adjacent to our courtyard, a private boat dock and an on-site deli/grill. Also, our catering operation is outstanding. We can accommodate groups from 10 to 200, tailor each group event to your special needs and add as much, or as little, entertainment as your budget allows.
