Grenada is located 150 miles North of Venezuela, 250 miles South West of Barbados and its sister isles, Carriacou , Petite Martinique. Grenada is the most southerly of the Windward Islands in the Caribbean, and is a tiny point on most world maps, with an area of only 133 square miles. Grenada has a population of about 100,000, and is 21 miles long and 12 miles wide. Grenada has a great deal to offer its visitors in terms of hiking, exploring, diving and much more. Grenada is an island with fantastic beaches, with a turquoise Caribbean Sea, a lot of unspoiled nature and solitary bays. In the centre of the island, extinct volcanoes up to 900 metres high, are covered with tropical rainforest and fragrant spice plantations. Go and discover crater lakes, cascading waterfalls, hot springs and last but not least St. George's, the capital. One of the most beautiful ports in the Antilles. Do not miss vacationing on the ‘Spice Isle’.
