Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's most famous "fourteeners", is one of the most popular mountains in Colorado. at 14,110 feet, it is the most accessible, and the summit can be reached by a number of hiking trails, road to drive or bike on, or by the world's highest Cog Railraod. It is also known most for being the song where Kathryn Lee Bates wrote the song "America the Beautiful". There is also a wealth to do in the Pikes Peak Region. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, this is the region to come! You can enjoy the following attractions while visiting our area: Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Seven Falls, the Nort Pole & Santa's Workshop, the US Air Force Academy, Colorado College, Focus on the Family, and many more area attractions. In addition to the area attractions, you can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, jeeping, hot air balloon flights, horseback riding, golfing, and much more.
