The Hawaiian Princess @ Makaha Beach

This place caught my eye today. This place reminds me of the Jamaica Inn in Ochos Rios, Jamaica. I love properties that have a balcony overlooking the ocean and a beautiful sandy beach. They also have snorkeling, which is a must have for me. The place we go to in Cabo San Lucas also have some fun snorkeling.

FISHING; Yep there are locals who come to this magnificent enviable beach to fish.

SNORKEL: Just about Everyone either uses the pool or snorkels & or surfs in these fab. waters & are often startled & thrilled by a turtle[s] next to them You can often see many of them while just swimming, sitting or walking on that beach or sitting on the lanai You may also see sting ray & or a Haw’n monk seal yes sir it’s a ‘ FANTA-SEA ‘ place no ifs maybes or buts,

It’s the sunny coast The driest area in HI (LEEWARD) Rain is very rare spring summer & fall but it does of course rain occasionally Dec - Apr THAT is what makes HI so green & still folks by the millions come during those months too. BTW I have a spec. offered right now for new yr 08′ - 09′

THERE ARE A LOT OF PLACES TO EAT AROUND THERE, 1 of them has been mentioned by 2 submissions in my guest book recently AND all my booked guests receive a list of places to eat from McDonald to Upscale right in the area & from the airport to the HP.

WARM OCEAN TO SWIM?: People really swim there all yr round no prob. It IS warmer of course thru March - Oct

ATTRACTIONS: For the keiki [kids] a Water park not far AND FOR EVERYONE: The best Luau / PARADISE COVE in HI — not far, just down the rd. Very popular w pl who do not wish to visit the wonderful but pricey PCC Polynesian Culture center about 70 min. drive away
BUT be warned -:) -Many guests simply decided when they got there to spend their days NOT visiting the tourists attraction but stick around to just enjoy the 24/7 ocean sounds everywhere, The lanai & beach IT’S REALLY NOT PUNISHMENT Many reported that they enjoyed BBQ on the grounds although they 1st thought they’ll go out all or most of the time, There are 2 supermarkets a 5 min. drive away & eating on the lanai IS A TRUE BLUE TREAT incl by candle-light
