The dining area enjoys the afternoon sun, and has an extendable dining table that comortably seats six. The small back yard comes with a BBQ and is just steps away from the Clubhouse in Shorepine Village.
This unit also comes with 2 adult cruiser bikes and 2 children's bikes.
*Pacific City is a great place for riding bikes, grab your fishing pole and bike over to the Nestucca river to get the days catch. Or pick up a surf board and head to the mighty Pacific to "hang ten" on some world class waves!
When your ready to wind down for the day, walk, bike or drive 1/3 of a mile down the road to the Pelican Pub and Brewery for a tasty brew and burger, where you can watch the waves crash against the sand.
