Featuring 4 bedrooms, with a sleeping capacity of 13 people, 5 bathrooms, sauna, swim dock, boat dock. All bedrooms feature flat panel televisions ; three bedrooms have 42”s , and the 4th has a 20”, game room has a 42”, and the living room features a 50” LCD. Three California king beds, two full, two twin. All beds have linens with designer brands, and high thread counts.
Home features a game room with darts, racing arcade game, pool table, poker table, and a 42” LCD T.V.
This home is fully equipped with espresso machine, patio furniture, very large stainless Jen-Air BBQ grill, all kitchen utensils, pans, pots, cutlery, plates, everything you could possibly use on vacation and more! Home also has a fully equipped laundry room. Office nook located off kitchen, wireless internet thru ought home, patios, and docks.
Home is located next door to the infamous Paradise Tropical Restaurant & Bar, with week rental you will receive a $200 gift certificate to restaurant. Paradise will also deliver to this home, and this home only! With a 48hr notice you can have a fully catered meal in the home with a server.
