Our house, built in the Mediterranean style, is located in the district Mateille at the eastern edge of Gruissan. It is part of the residence LES MALDIVES. It is situated directly at the PLAGUE DU GRAZEL (approx. 50 ms; to the guarded beach approx. 250 ms in the direction of the harbour). It is approx. 900ms to the beach at the Mediterranean Sea or to down-town Gruissan. The surf lake is approx. 400 ms away. You can reach the shopping center within a few minutes by foot.
The house has 60 ms ² and 4 rooms

Before the house there is a terrace (35 ms ²) with garden, pieces of furniture and a barbecue grill. Besides a parking lot (No. 36) is part of the house and in addition to that a garage at the entrance of the residence can be rented seperately, e.g. to store your bicycles there.

3-seater coach, 2 armchairs, SAT - TV, radio with CD player, plays, books, telephone (at the user's expense), separate toilet with wash basin

The kitchen offers everything which makes your stay pleasant. The washing up is done by the dishwasher. Completely furnished kitchen with Ceran-cooking field with oven / grill, refrigerator with freezer, coffee and tea machine, enough dishes for 6 persons.

Storage room with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing-board.

1 bedroom with double bed, each bed 90 cms wide, 200 cms long, with high-quality mattress, hygienic sheets, washable quilts and pillows, bedside table and spacious 3-door built-in cupboard

Rental Policy

you reserve your desired date by transferring 50 EUR to my bank account. Further 25 % of the rental price are to be paid 6 weeks before arrival and the remaining amount 2 week before arrival.

Arrival Times

The arrival time on the arrival day is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All prices are at an occupancy to 4 persons. From the 5th Person increase the prices by 30 € / week.

Booking in the summer of SO / SO, in the remaining time by appointment.
Minimum stay is one week.
deposit: 200 €

Apart from April to October costs included,
November to March / April (yellow): heating / electric (0.20 € / kWh), and water / waste water (3 € / m³) after consumption.

Long-term holiday from November to March

Cleaning: 55 € (pets extra),
