Treat yourself to a little piece of paradise and stay in our cozy cottage on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. We have 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, and many more amenities to make your stay easier and more memorable.

Property Details

Tranquil Seas cottage sits on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic and the Caribbean, the second street back from both seas, so you have incredible panoramic views of the two from inside and out, as well as refreshing breezes most of the time. We have town water instead of a cistern so water useage is unlimited unlike most island homes which collect rainwater in cistern tanks.

A full porch on the dramatic Atlantic side makes for a quiet way to wake up the day with your cup of coffee or tea, watching the amazing sunrise. On the back porch you can sit and soak up the afternoon sun with your cool refreshing island drink, gazing out over the turquoise water and watching the sun sink at day's end. At night, leave the sliding doors open to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. Wake up to the sight of the sea without lifting your head off of the pillow.

The house is centrally located on the island so it makes it quick and easy to venture out to the north or south to explore. There are some great beaches on both bodies of water within walking distance of the cottage. You can discover the seclusion of beaches within walking distance from the cottage where you will probably never see another soul. Use the 2 NEW SEA KAYAKS and 2 bicycles to enjoy a calm sea or land adventure like no other.

The house is desiged with privacy in mind with a bedroom and bathroom on each end, and the living-dining area and kitchen in the middle. If it's solitude and seclusion you want, this is the place to be. Or if you're looking for a family getaway with the kids then you'll discover an area with almost no traffic and plenty of sun and surf. We know you'll love the island and the area as much as we do. It really is paradise, the perfect place to restore your spirit and soothe your soul...
