DESCRIPTION:
"Il Borghetto di Pedana" is an ancient stone-farmhouse of an old village: a rural house with its small church too. It has been recently restored on the full respect of the typical umbrian-tuscan house, maintaining the outside original style of the ancient farm house. Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with wheat, olive trees and vineyard, it represents the typical umbrian farmhouse, set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.

“Il Borghetto di Pedana” is located in an isolated position but only 10 minutes away from the historic centre of Città di Castello. For this reason it is the ideal place in which each one of us can imagine to spend an holiday of relax around the “green heart of Italy”. The property  lies in the Umbria region but it is only few kilometers away the Toscana and Marche border. It’s perfect to enjoy the silence of Italian countryside and for nature lovers but also for people who like to make daily trips towards the charming Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art that are easily reachable from Città di Castello.

The farmhouse, very well furnished with style pieces, is composed by 3 (three) apartments, each one independent and with a magnificent view over the surrounding valley. Two of them have the possibility to be connected according to needs of the clients through an opening door on the lounges. All apartments have their own entrance have been furnished with style and care taken on the choice of each detail and they have private outside spaces. Gas central heating.

In front of the house is set the swimming pool that is set in a beautiful panoramic position with view on the surrounding countryside, rich of thick and luxuriant woods.
