All bedrooms have a private bath and are octagonal with separate entrances for total privacy. Two bedrooms are in the south wing. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The other has two twin beds or one king, with entry from the Great room. The third bedroom with king bed is in a separate Pelican Perch pavilion, a few yards from the main villa. This wing has a kitchenette and private patio.

The villa furnishings are beautifully designed island wicker and fabric. The main living area is built around a natural stone pool and patio-- a place to relax, dine and get together. There are a television and VCR, movie collection, and a library of books and games for relaxing on the beautiful tropical evenings.
