Gated community with boardwalk to beach (less than 100 yards with NO ROADS TO CROSS). Included are two pools (one heated) with co-located kiddie pools. Conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance.

Deposit and Payment: $750.00 Deposit to block your desired time, Full payment due 30 days prior to the day of check in or renter forfeits $500.00 of deposit and time will be unblocked. Deposit will be returned within 10 days after check out minus cleaning fee ($150.00)barring no property damage. There is a $150 additional Pet deposit.
