The frequent bus service between Paphos Town, The Harbour, Coral Bay and Aphrodite's Waterpark stops just outside Queens Gardens, so you can enjoy your stay.

This gated development is considered very safe and secure for families. There is plenty of parking space for all properties, the houses have their own covered parking immediately ajoining, and the apartments benefit from the basement parking.

The main feature of the development is the beautiful landscaped gardens, carefully planted with waterfalls and bridges. Residents and occupants have the advantage of a large communal swimming pool, with sunbeds and a cafe / bar which also serves snacks. On site facilities extend to a gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi. (Please note: A small local charge will apply and some facilities may only be available during the holiday season).

Rental Policy

We ask for a deposit when booking and the balance 10 weeks before. Payment can be cheque, cash, bank transfer or credit / debit card. Damage deposit is required 2 weeks before and returned within 10 days after.

Arrival Times

From 4pm on the day, depart by 10 am. Flexible changeover days and duration.
