Located right on the beach just a few steps to the water’s edge and good snorkeling, this unique two story vacation villa can accommodate up to five persons in two bedrooms. A freshwater splash pool is located in the garden area. The villa has a television with VCR available for guests.


The upper level One Bedroom Apartment at L'il Blue has a living/dining area and a Great Room with kitchenette. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and private bathroom. The open veranda commands stunning views over North Sound and captures the gently cooling tropical breezes.

The lower level Studio Apartment has a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, and two porches as well as its own kitchen.

With a beachside location and two separate living/sleeping areas, this vacation villa is a favorite with couples and small families.

L'il Blue is a short walk away from the Leverick Bay Resort. L'il Blue Villa guests have complimentary use of the swimming pool and tennis court at Leverick Bay. Nearby are a grocery store, restaurant, night life, shopping, watersports center and a marina.
