Luxury accommodations that are located in the Canadian Rockies, The Whistling Swan Manor offers beautifully appointed rooms, including two junior suites and a two-room suite rental.

The property has two elegant common areas with fireplaces. We have several lovely patios and decks which overlook the lake and mountains.

Rental Policies

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children, ages six and up, are permitted with adult supervision.
- Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
- Breakfast served between 7:30AM to 9:15AM.
- Dirty dishes and untidy kitchen left by user are subject to $15+ per incident charge.
- Damage caused by consuming beverages and food in the room will be the responsibility of the guest and deducted from the damage deposit. Rooms are inspected upon departure, if they are undamaged - including stains from beverage and food - the damage deposit will be refunded.
- Drip wax candles and massage oils are prohibited. Damage caused by these will be responsibility of the guest and pursuant to the British Columbia innkeepers act under excessive damage.
- Polishing shoes in the rooms is prohibited. Please ask and we will provide you with a suitable space to complete this task.
- Air conditioners that are left running, throughout the day, while no one is the room are subject to a $30 per day fee.
- We have re-opened the hot tub and have a new hot tub policy. Please rinse hair and body products, such as hair gels and body lotions, before entering the tub. We kindly ask that you use hot tub towels that we provide.
- These policies are a result of damage and costs from previous guests. We kindly ask guests to respect our policies. Our establishment is immaculate and one of the best features that we offer our guests. The maintenance of this is only achievable through the compliance of guests.
