I have a 14 years old Shi-tzu who sleeps a lot & can't welcome any
pet friends.

Of course in Summertime beaches at 10mn by bus.
You can have a walk in the "Old town" where are all the little shops,
restarants, pubs, churches, palaces, markets (flowers and vegetables,
and every Monday antigues' one)
Art-lovers will enjoy discovering all the museums of Nice,art-
galleries, Russian cathedral....
Gamblers can enjoy with the 2 casinos on the Promenade des Anglais
(on the seashore)
In the surrounding areas, you are never far from the real Provence
with its fascinating mountain villages, steeped in history, to the
well-known coastal attractions of Villefranche,Beaulieu, Saint Jean
Cap Ferrat, Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez,
and Antibes..
Golfplayers can enjoy because there is 5 golf courses within the area
Also, you are only a ten minute
drive to the motorway leading to the border of Italy, where, within
20 minutes one can be shopping, exploring the
exotic markets, or dining too


Really you'll be central for
every
type of exploration and delight, out of reach of the "madding
crowd"except a week in the middle of July because there is the Jazz
Festival in "Les Arènes de Cimiez" but the ambiance is lovely with
very good music .

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay is a week end (3 days)
Price for 2 persons/day is 55 euros in low season
Price for 2 persons/day is 65 euros in high season
French breakfast : 5Euros /person
Diner on request :15 Euros/person
I wish half of the total stay price as a deposit to confirm the reservation.
