Ocean Dream consists of 8 individual condominium complexes each with their own swimming pool, 24 hour security and unique address on the paved, Kite Drive road. Each complex has luscious tropical landscaping offering a unique rental experience.

105 Kite Drive features spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominiums over looking a large pool less than thirty meters from the beach. There are a total of 12 units in two buildings set in 5,000 sq meters of tropical landscaping.

The condominiums are 2,200 square feet (232 sq meters) in size and feature 9 foot ceilings. They are constructed of the highest quality materials, porcelanato tiles for the flooring, and stainless steel faucets. All furniture was tastefully designed and made to accent this beautiful condominium. The penthouse, unit 531, features 15 foot high cathedral ceilings and a lovely view from the third floor veranda.

The 150 sq feet porches are a generously sized and have Miami style sofa-bed loungers perfect for the afternoon siesta or for sipping drinks while looking as the stars. Each unit is individually furnished in a subdued tropical motif designed to enhance the general feeling of well being one has with an Ocean Dream Cabarete vacation.

Our condo units at Kitedrive 105 offer 3 airconditioned Bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The King Size bed in the master bedroom, Queen Size bed in Bedroom 2 and 2 Full Size beds in bedroom 3 comfortably sleep up to 6 persons.


107 Kite Drive features spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominiums overlooking a large pool less than sixty meters from the beach. There are a total of 24 units in four buildings set in 5,000 sq meters of lush tropical landscaping.

108 Kite Drive features well thought out studio apartments overlooking a large pool only a short walking distance from the beach. There are a total of 40 units on the second and third floor. The first floor is home to a commercial plaza which features restaurants, a bakery, shopping, a convenient store and specialty shops catering to the Caribbean Traveler.

Rental Policy

Upon reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due by wire transfer along with a copy of your passport. A refundable damage deposit equal to USD$250 for the Studio Apartments or USD$500 for the 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Apartments and the remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.

3 bedroom condos starting at 170 USD / night (price for 3 pers.)

Minumum rental is 5 nights.

* Add USD$25/night per additional adult.
Add USD$15/night per additional child between the ages of 6 and 15.

Children age 0 to 5 years are free.

Rates are in US Dollars and include all taxes.
Twice weekly condo cleaning services are included at no charge for short-term rentals.
