The Eastern Trade Winds and warm, turquoise ocean waters, make it an ideal playground for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts from around the world. Even if you don't participate in these sports you'll find the colorful sails and kites flying in the Bay an amazing sight to see!

What makes our residence so attractive is the proximity to the little village of Cabarete, with its Saint Tropez like atmosphere, Dominican shops and excellent dining at over 20 local and international restaurants situated right on the beach, Cabarete has become the hottest spot on the north coast of the Dominican Republic.

The condominium is 2,765 square feet (257 sq meters) and features 9 foot ceilings with natural coral stone decorated walls giving an elegant artistic touch. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, blender and microwave.

Rental Policies

Upon reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due by wire transfer along with a copy of your passport. A refundable damage deposit equal to USD$500 and the remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

4 bedroom beachfront condo, starting at 350 USD / night (price for 4 pers.**)

** Add USD$60/night per additional adult. Add USD$30/night per additional child between the ages of 6 and 15.

Children age 0 to 5 years are free.

Rates are in US Dollars and include all taxes.
Twice weekly condo cleaning services are included at no charge for short-term rentals.

Minumum rental is 5 nights.
