This home is located in Sunrise Beach which is 8 miles from Horse Shoe Bay, 60 miles from Austin. It is on the water and has a boat slip with a lift. There is a boat ramp less than half a mile away. Room for boat trailer storage as well.

This gorgeous lakefront property had previously been managed by Rio Vista Resort and is now under new management.

The property is located in Sunrise Beach on prime open waterfront on beautiful Lake LBJ. The two very large decks provide the perfect view of the Texas sunset, and a great setting for special occasions. There is a private,covered, boat lift and large, old trees throughout the half acre property. The property is located directly adjacent to a marina with fuel service as well as a small convenience store.

The home is a large, beautiful house with pine wood walls and ceilings in the living and dining areas. Upstairs you will find an oversized bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and two very large rooms with two queen beds, a trundle bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has oversized sliding glass doors leading to the upstairs porch and a fabulous view of the lake.

The kitchen is large with all the modern appliances you could expect or want, including a jen-aire cook top. As a bonus, the kitchen also has a great lake view. In the living room, you will find a cozy large fireplace, and oversized sliding glass doors leading to the downstairs porch, and of course another great lake view. It also has a wet bar and a very nice dining area. The sectional leather sofa in the living room has two built in recliners and a sofa bed.

Also downstairs you will find a full bath, and an outcove with a trundle bed as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. All together, there are comfortable beds for up to thirteen people.

Rental Policy

Cleaning fee is $120 and is mandatory. 50% deposit due to confirm booking. 50% due on the day of check in.

Add $15 per adult and $7.50 per child per night for more than 8 people.
Weekdays are Mon - Thurs, Wknds are Fr, Sat and Sun.
Holidays add $50.00 per night
