Lochview Cove is one of the Okanagan's premiere waterfront vacation homes, built with comfort and views in mind.

Sleeps 8. Beds: 1Q (ensuite) and 1 new twin roll-away; 1 Dbl bunk (sleeps 3); 1Q; 1 sofa sleeper.

Excellent location for wine touring get-aways and golf vacations.

We offer three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, 3 bathrooms total. Each bedroom hs a private walkout to the large, covered balcony with great views.

Enjoy the modern kitchen with large island, granite counter tops throughout, a large, built in butcher block, double oven and walk in pantry. The bar stools at the island make this unique kitchen a wonderful gathering place with easy access to the large balcony with barbeque.

The floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views from all rooms. Enter through a breathtaking foyer with spanish tiles, a bistro table set and tropical plants. The over large living room has a 52" TV, stereo, games and movies. We provide plenty of comfortable seating, a custom stone fireplace and views.

Access the spacious upper level balcony from the living room and kitchen. Also has a dining room and a breakfast nook - both with views of the lake and mountains.

We provide our guests two lake kayaks, some children sized life jackets, a dock house with a frig, microwave, barbeque neccessities, a composting toilet and other ammenities. Plenty of chairs, two tables, a kayak ramp and a barbeque at the lakeshore. Extensive decking and boat dock over the water - room for everyone and plenty of ammenities to spend the entire day at the lakeshore.

About a 1 1/2 to 2 minute walk to private lakeshore by way of a switchback road and some steps. A lovely location!

Rental Policies

50% to reserve. We provide a confirmation-receipt, GST #, and Guest Information Packet upon receipt of deposit.
Balance and 350.00 damage deposit due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fees: Min 150.00. If cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival, fees are 50% if the property cannot be re-rented.

Absolutely will not rent to groups of singles under the age of 28. Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed on premises.
