Many birds, butterflies, iguanas and sloths live in the great variety of tropical trees and plants in the 2.8 acres of hotel property.
Because Gran Arenal is conveniently located near La Fortuna, you also will be able to enjoy a lot of activities such as horseback riding, fishing, white-water rafting, and mountain biking; or take some tours like Caño Negro boat trip, Safari float rafting, Venado Caves, Canopy and ATV tours among other incredible things.
