Our style at Carmelita By the Lake is that of a Boutique Hotel, with more special services, intimacy and privacy that rivals that of any high end hotel/resort. We provide our guest the ability to have us cater to them by offering the services of a Bed and Breakfast or renting the entire property for your own. B&B operation not valid July and August.

Featuring our most grand and luxurious suite, The Bogart Loft, with its private ensuite with Jacuzzi tub built for two(no shower), sitting area with fireplace and TV. There are three additional guest suites with there own style of luxury and each having its own private bathroom with shower.

We cater to engagements, honeymoons, romantic weekend escapes, anniversaries, girl's weekend or just a desired getaways as well as extended vacation. We provide you the ability to rent the entire property and enjoy it on your own.

Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the Guest Lounge, enjoy a lakefront swim in pristine Maple Lake, or tour the lake in our paddle boat during the summer.

The year round Therapeutic Hot Tub on our outdoor deck looks directly onto Maple Lake. You will be amazed at the stars in the country. Our guests have complimentary use of bicycles and paddle boat. We are close to ski hills, lots of hiking and snowmobile trails.

Looking for a cottage to enjoy with your family and friends....we rent our property for you to enjoy on your own. See rates below. We provide nightly rentals with a minimum two (2) nights stay, and three (3) on long weekends at a rate of $700.00 per night. Nightly rates does not apply for July and August.

Rental Policy

50% at time of booking for B&B. Full payment for cottage rental, plus a $500.00 refundable security deposit. No refund of payment for cottage rental if we cannot rebook the dates you had booked and 30 days for B&B during high season and 14 days during low season

We require a 50% deposit at time of booking for B&B, full payment for cottage rental plus refundable security deposit. We require a minimum stay of 2 nights during high season, 3 nights on long weekends.
