Charming three bedroom/ two bathroom house set on four private, wooded acres. Located just 7 miles from the center of Woodstock in the beautiful hamlet of Willow.

High post and beam ceilings, wide open Great Room with massive fireplace with unique, sunken fire pit. Enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the fire, unwind in our jacuzzi bath after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the many cultural delights available in Woodstock, Phoenicia and the surrounding areas.

Stay connected with high-speed, wireless internet, while you enjoy the country setting and watch the deer meander past our many windows. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please no cats, as we are allergic.
20 miles to Hunter Mtn or Bel-Ayre, 5 minute drive to state hiking trails, or take a beautiful walk down our dead-end, wooded road to the private pond - shared only by the guests and residents of our neighborhood.

Rental Rates

$300.00 to $350.00 per day
$1,600.00 to $2,000.00 per week
$5,000.00 to $7,000.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rentals are Friday 3PM to Friday 11am.

Weekends: $700 (Friday night to Sunday 3pm)

All rentals require a $500 security deposit.

We'll be as flexible as we can with Check-in/Check-out times AND dates, but please understand that we need to keep time available for our cleaning service to ready the house for our other guests.
