Close to all the attractions, restaurants, golf and 110 store outlet mall.

Rental Policies

No smoking, no pets, must be 25 years or older to rent. Damage deposit or damage waiver free required. 50% of rental due at booking, 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: More than 60 days prior = $50 administrative fee. 60-31 days prior = 50% of total rental, 30-0 days prior 100% of total rental. Trip cancellation insurance is offered through CSA Insurance. Cost = 6.5% of your total rental and covers cancellation due to documented sickness, injury or death and other covered reasons.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

3 night minimum in off-season. 7 night minimum during the summer. 50% of rental due at time of booking with the other 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Addition fees include damage deposit/damage waiver fee, state and local tax, trip cancellation insurance (optional) and cleaning when applicable.
Cleaning fee of $125.00 on reservations of 4 nights or less.
