The large living/dining room has 2 dining tables, all kinds of maps, brochures, ferry schedules and information about the local churches, clubs, swimming and skating, plus a library, a fireplace and a piano.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the house.

The kitchen has dishwasher, ceramic-top stove, and all utensils and appliances. There is a washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.
The ocean-view deck has a hot tub and outdoor seating where you can watch the eagles and humming birds and other wildlife. There is a garden with covered seating and a Zen fountain.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a view of the water, fridge, microwave, TV/DVD/VCR, telephone, AM/FM clock radio,
coffee/tea self-service, electric fireplace, King or Queen-size bed, and a private bath.

There is a small park next to the house with an ocean front walk and picnic tables.

You can walk to the bus, churches, restaurants and clubs.
