Our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse, 1847 sq ft including 2 lanais and garage, is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Gated Waikoloa Colony Villas is the best complex in exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort, which Conde Nast Traveller rates in the 25 Top Pacific Rim Resorts. It is centrally located on the Kohala coast with the best beaches and weather on Hawaii's Big Island, not the same as Waikoloa Village, 8 miles inland.

SOPHISTICATED, UPSCALE DECOR

Our villa is a contemporary expression of aloha, furnished with an island flavor in warm inviting colors. Original artwork, live orchids, granite, marble, and quality, kid-friendly furniture with vintage Hawaiian print fabrics create a beautiful relaxing environment. We furnish high speed Internet access, 3 flat screen TVs, VCR, and DVDs. On those balmy 75-degree days let ceiling fans stir the air with breezes off the ocean or use air-conditioning.

Nineteen foot ceilings in the living room, soaring windows, and unique architectural details give our Hawaiian styled townhouse a rare sense of individuality and comfort. New in 2004, it is set among acres of tropical Hawaiian landscaping with over 250 palms. Waikoloa Colony Villas is the least dense complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Prepare fresh fish and local fruit from Kona's Farmers' Market in your own well-equipped, chef's kitchen or dine at world-class local restaurants.

Privacy is ensured with two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bath. In addition this larger unit has an extra half bath on the ground level. The master bedroom has views of the waterfall and pool and a large lanai with teak recliner. It features handsome giant bamboo furniture including a king bed with quality linens. The spacious master bath has marble counters, twin sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower.

The charming second bedroom has twin beds, convertible to a king. Additional guests are accommodated with a comfortable queen sofa bed or a child's inflatable air mattress.

In Waikoloa Colony Villas you can play tennis, workout at the air-conditioned fitness center or relax at the stunning pools. The main pool with the waterfall and spa is right outside. The 2nd pool has an 18 inch deep toddlers area.

For unforgettable golf experiences play the Waikoloa Beach Course, a classic Robert Trent Jones Jr course and Kings Golf Course, a Tom Weiskof designed links style course. Both give our guests a big discount. In this golfers paradise, you will find 8 world-class golf courses within 15 minutes. Nanny Service is available to come to our villa while you play.

One of the Big Islands most beautiful sandy beaches and the ancient royal fishponds are located right in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, 5 minutes away at Anaehoomalu Bay or A Bay. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the beach for our guests. Nearby at Hilton's world-famous DolphinQuest Center you can swim with the 25 dolphins for a fee or just watch the fun at no charge.

A mile away the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Kings Shops offer 75,000 sq ft of shopping with gourmet restaurants overlooking the lake, art galleries, unique stores from Ukulele House to Louis Vuitton, outdoor movies, and free hula performances & live Hawaiian music. Restaurants include an on-the-go food pavilion, delicious Chinese and Japanese restaurants, mouth-watering Big Island Steak house, legendary Merrimans and Roy’s Bar & Grill with excellent Hawaiian fusion cuisine.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are for 6 to 7 guests. A seventh child on a toddler air mattress can be accommodated. Please add Hawaii tax to rental rates and $125 cleaning fee or $150 for over 4 guests.

Call for last minute specials. Partial weeks booked at owner's discretion.

No arrivals or departures on Easter, Thanksgiving, 12/24-12/25 or 1/1.
