Our apartment faces north; we are situated at the corner of Third and Broadway, close to many amenities, such as YMCA, Main public library, restaurants, shopping, convention center, museums; the Toonerville Trolley stops just across the street and travels throughout the downtown for a modest fee.
Our apartment has high ceilings, ceiling fans, good closets, big windows. The best!

Rental Policies

Walk-through of apartment prior to move-in, security deposit of $1500 refunded, if apartment is in same condition on moveout; Deposit and first month rent paid via credit card in advance, monthly rent on first of month
