Property Description

High quality,two bedroomed ground floor apartment furnished to a very high standard with spacious accommodation and a large communal swimming pool. There are two bathrooms, (one ensuite), fully fitted kitchen, superb lounge with air-conditioning.

The apartment is less than 3 years old has private garden and a covered terrace and is second line to the 5th fairway on the fabulous La Finca Golf course.

Each bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is one ensuite with shower room, plus a house bathroom complete with shower, bath and bidet.

The fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas and electric hob. The spacious air conditioned lounge/diner a DVD player and CD Hi-Fi.

Towels and all linen are provided for the duration of your stay. For 14 night stays, maid service is available on 8th day for change of linen, towels etc if required. Welcome pack available at 20 euros paid locally.

Rental Policies

We regret that booking requests for all male or all female parties below the age of 25 are not accepted. Confirmation of age may be requested on arrival and if the above conditions have been breached SG Homes Abroad reserves the right to refuse to let the property and no compensation will be liable.

Arrival Times

ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT WILL BE FROM 15:00 PM ON ARRIVAL DAY AND THE APARTMENT MUST BE VACATED BY NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. POSSIBLE VARIATION TO THESE TIMES MAY ONLY BE AGREED WITH THE OWNERS AND PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Booking terms: £100 non-refundable deposit plus £50 returnable Security Deposit with all bookings. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Full terms and conditions available. Cancellation charges: if cancelled within 28 days of departure – 50% of balance. Within 15 days – 70%. Less than 7 days of departure 100% of balance.
