Rental Policies

Deposit required at the time of Booking £150 non-refundable Balance due 8 weeks prior to rental. If late cancellation less than 8 weeks Balance will only be refunded minus deposit and £50 administration charge if the property can be re let. We would advice clients to take out a holiday insurance policy to cover any reason for cancellation.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Non refundable deposit £150 at time of booking. Balance of rental due 8 weeks prior to let. Short noctice cancellation less than 8 weeks. Balance of rental minus deposit will only be refunded if the property can be re-let. Your own cancellation insurance is advise. Short lets available off Peak season 3 days minimum.
