Each of the privately owned homes, within the complex Suites Sandi of twelve condominiums, are owned by Mexican, Canadian or U.S. citizens who may be full time residents. Condo Bucerias Fun is privately owned and managed. Our condo is perfect for the self sufficient vacationer who desires a quiet place in a small beach town only minutes away from the exciting cosmopolitan city of Puerto Vallarta and its airport.

The complex is secured within a walled and gated compound, featuring a swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue for group festivities, a large tiled area for sunbathing and relaxation, beautiful brick and stucco throughout, flower beds on the terrace of each unit, secure parking and more. This beautifully maintained and well kept complex is two blocks from the 14 Km. stretch of wide, white sandy beaches of Bucerias, but with a great ocean view from the gazebo.

Rental Rates

$450.00 to $600.00 per week
$1,400.00 to $1,900.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rent includes cleaning lady one day per week. 1 week minium stay.
Terms of Deposit and Agreement
Rental Terms: A 25% deposit is due at the time of your reservation.
The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your reservation date plus a $50. refundable key deposit.

Cancellation/Rescheduling. Please let us know as soon as possible if a cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary.
There is a 10% cancellation fee if made 30 days prior to reservation date.
A 50% cancellation fee if cancellation is made 1 week prior to your reserved date.
No refund will be made if there is no cancellation made.
On arrival, you will be met at the Condo building, Suites Sandi, by Jan Frank. She will give you 2 sets of keys. If both sets of keys are returned, so will be be your $50. key deposit. Hang on to your keys!!
