This beautiful -63 sqm- 3 room Apartment in Hamburg - Wandsbek was recently renovated and is modern & tastfully furnished.
The 3-story apartment-building is strategically located in central Wandsbek very close to Hamburg-City.
Hamburg-City could be reached by car within 10 minutes and
public transport's are just around the corner.
The Shopping Facilities are excellent and just 50 meter from the apartment. The are also many Restaurants in the same street just a couple of meters away.

The light apartment is in the first floor in the first house of a small and nice apartment block which is managed by a caretaker. The German & International neighbours are very helpful and the is a very good atmosphere in the community.

The large 3-room apartment has two balcony's and windows in all rooms. There are many, many standing- and hanging lamps arount the flat. The heating and warm-water is done by modern & trouble-free gas-equipment.

The Living-Room & Bar is equipped with a double-couch in front of the large Cable-TV with DVD-Player and a octagonal glass-cabinet. There is also a small sleeping couch, a large console-table, some smaller Lamp-cabinets and a couch-table.
The complete (with glasses and some bottles) equipped Bar in the living-room is furnished with 2 Teakwood Bar-Cabinets, 3 Bar-Chairs, a double bench, fridge and HiFi-Stereo Equipment incl. double cassette-player/recorder and CD-Player.

The Guestroom is furnished with a single bed, a large Wardrobe, convertible sleeping-couch for 2 Person. There are also many book-racks with many books from around the world.

The bedroom is furnished with a large, teakwood double-bed (160x200 cm) with branded mattress, 2 bedside-cabinets with modern reading-lamps, a modern chest-drawer and a cosmetic-table with large mirror and chair. The Bedroom is equipped also with an effective AIR CONDITION! (extra charge!)

The light, long corridor is equipped with a large, high mirror beside the coat-hooks and the shoe-rack plus and large mirror-cabinet. In front of the bathroom are another coat-hooks with bathrobe and a rack with stocks.

The modern Kitchen with storage-room and large balcony is furnished with many drawers, racks & cabinets and a teakwood breakfast-table with chairs for 2-3 person. The kitchen is equipped with following appliances:
Washing-Machine | Dishwasher | 4-burner cera-stove with grill | electric water-heater | Coffeemaker | egg-cooker | complete plates & cutlery for 7 person | Microwave & Pots & pans and everything what you expect in a new & modern kitchen!|

The new renovated Bathroom is equipped with a large, modern Shower-Cabin (90x75cm) with Glass-door and a new bath-tube with shower. Behind the WC at the end of the bathroom is a small window and opposite the bath-tube is the towel-heater with radio and the washing-table with the glass-cabinet. there are also many racks and places to store all utensils incl. hair-dryer, shaver, etc.

We provide bedsheets &, towels for 5 € per Person. Blankets, &, pillows are in the apartment!
There are no additional charges except 25 € for final cleaning.
