This St. John villa is a lovely, comfortable, nicely appointed, and very spacious condo about a mile from the main town of Cruz Bay and less than a ten minute drive to the north shore beaches.

If you need one more, there's an air bed too. The great room is huge, as condos go, and is larger than many of the houses for rent here. The kitchen has 28 feet of counter space, and the air conditioned bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.

Did you know that the term ' villa ' is Italian in origin and can be defined as a "rich person's house in the country?"

Fly in to St. Thomas (airport code STT) and take a ferry to St. John. Unlike St. Thomas, St. John is not commercial. There are no commercial businesses here, other than the ones that serve the residents and guests. The pace here is slower and when you are here you will be on "island time." So relax, take your time, and enjoy your visit.

We'll help you plan your trip and may be able to help you with airline tickets, a car or Jeep rental, beaches to go to, places to snorkel, trails to hike, restaurants, day trips, diving, fishing, etc.

You'll be met at the dock in Cruz Bay on St. John. We'll help you pick up your rental car and guide you back to the condo, where there will be some cold beer and soft drinks, a bottle of wine, and some snacks. The kitchen will be partially stocked, too.

Smoking is allowed only outside and on the porch.

Rental Policies

A 50% deposit binds your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations get their deposit back (-15%) provided the time is rerented.
